Die Forscher haben also die Datenschutzerklärungen von Apps untersucht und überprüft ob die Angaben mit der Realität übereinstimmen. Ergebnis:
Of the 757 apps analyzed, the researchers found nearly 60 per cent of apps collected more information than stated in their privacy policies.
Das wundert mich nicht. Fast jede App die ich untersuche weist (erhebliche) Mängel in der Datenschutzerklärung auf. Das jüngste Beispiel: Android: Banking-App Zuper übermittelt sensible Daten an Drittanbieter.
